The National Weather Service has issued the following special weather statement:
...HIGH FIRE DANGER TODAY...Very dry air and breezy conditions will combine with dry brush and vegetation to create the potential for rapid fire spread across much of New Hampshire this afternoon. The relative humidity will drop to around 15 percent with winds of 10 to 15 mph with gusts to 25 mph this afternoon with dry conditions continuing through around sunset.
Due to the elevated risk of outside fire spread, the Lebanon Fire Department will not be allowing any outside burning today, Thursday, April 23, 2020 within the City of Lebanon. This includes brush piles and small camp fires.
