** VERMONT HEALTH CONNECT ANNOUNCES SPECIAL ENROLLMENT PERIOD -  
Due to the COVID-19 emergency, Vermont Health Connect has opened a Special Enrollment Period until May 15, 2020. During this time, any uninsured Vermonter can sign up for a Qualified Health Plan through Vermont Health Connect. Qualified families can also get financial help paying for coverage. If you aren't already a member, consider joining Newbury’s Front Porch Forum. FPF is an essential resource for staying informed, giving and getting help, and combating isolation during this crisis.  Membership is free, and hundreds of thousands of Vermonters participate daily.  https://frontporchforum.com/   (I'm pretty sure that hundreds of thousands is not a common descriptor for Vermont, except maybe at the Tunbridge World's Fair on a Saturday night.)
