Central Vermont Adult Basic Education (CVABE) is seeking a Teacher/Community Coordinator in Bradford. Candidates should have:

   •     Enthusiasm for student recruitment and outreach;
   •     Familiarity with the service area;
   •     Ability to teach basic skills to adults and teens in:
        o     Reading, writing, math, computer and financial literacy;
        o     English Language Learning;
        o     High school diploma and GED credentialing;
        o     Career and college readiness.
   •     Experience developing personalized education and graduation plans is a plus;
   •     Willingness to recruit and manage volunteers.

Starting salary: $43,000 – $45,000. CVABE pays 100% of individual health, dental and short-term disability insurance and employer 403(b) contributions. Six weeks paid vacation annually.

CVABE would consider a less-than-full-time position for the right candidate.
