Crossmolina Farm is hiring for the 2023 season!

 

We’re looking for an Assistant Veggie Manager for the 2023 Season. This

position works closely with the farm owner on every aspect of the vegetable
production on the farm.


We are a highly diversified family farm located in West Corinth, Vermont.

This position is full time for the growing season -ideally from April -
Late October - but we are willing to consider students who need a shorter
time frame.


Salary depends on experience. Veggie and Meat CSA included.

Duties include:


   -

   Seeding and plant management in our propagation house
   -

   Seeding and transplanting in the field
   -

   Weeding
   -

   Harvesting produce.
   -

   Washing greens and other veggies in the washroom.
   -

   Packing out produce for our markets.
   -

   Making deliveries


Requirements:

   -

   Valid driver's license.
   -

   Ability to lift 50+ pounds consistently.
   -

   Comfortable working in both warm and cold environments for extended
   periods of time.
   -

   Some prior farm experience
   -

   Ability to supervise others
   -
